Every year at Istoria Group, we give out an award to the team member – or members - who have best embodied our EPIC brand values, as nominated by staff members. EPIC stands for:

Anyone in the Group can put someone forward, on the basis of exemplifying one or two or three of these values – or even all four! 

The winning person or team may have proved outstanding or produced incredible work on behalf of parent company Istoria Group - or one of its sister creative companies: Ignition and Tiny Spark. In some cases, for more than one company.

Winners are rewarded with the equivalent of a £1,000 prize and their plaque on the EPIC Hall of Fame wall. An EPIC Award is the highest honour bestowed on an employee.

How did it feel to be named winner of the EPIC Award 2023?

I was surprised initially and then proud to have been nominated as the EPIC award winner.

WHICH EPIC VALUES REALLY COUNT FOR YOU & WHY?

I would say having a personable approach and collaborative working are values that are most important in my role. Both internally when working with my colleagues, and externally with our clients.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF IN YOUR WORK FOR IGNITION?

Successfully implementing new processes that add value to the services we provide our clients.

WHAT PERSONALLY MOTIVATES YOU?

Working with a great team of people at the Istoria Group, who all want to deliver exceptional quality to our clients.
