Our business was founded on the principle of balancing people and planet with profit, whilst delivering great creative work for our clients. Last year, our teams delivered projects in 20 countries, across 4 continents with a 100% success rate.

Our people comprises Strategists, Marketers, Creatives - 3D Designers, Graphic Designers and Artworkers, to UX Designers, Digital Designers, Production Specialists, Account Managers, Project Managers, Logistics and Warehousing experts. And we’re all passionate about sustainable design!

The best source of project knowledge is our clients themselves. We also understand it’s not always easy for clients to articulate exactly what they require from their design partner. We have the tools to discover what is relevant and necessary to know from our clients and we combine this with our own research, knowledge and insights. We share findings and facilitate further brainstorms and that way we always nail the brief. The best minds need to work together towards the same goal.

Our internal awards known as the ‘EPICs’ reward employees who have truly lived and breathed our values.

The EPICs epitomise our values illustrated above. The EPIC awards take place annually to recognise an individual or team’s efforts during the year. The Annual Winner is nominated by employees and the leadership team for the culmination of their work. They are rewarded with the equivalent of a £1,000 prize and a plaque on the EPICs Hall of Fame wall.

An EPIC is the highest honour bestowed on an employee.

Roles With Benefits

 

Hybrid Working

Working from home has always been a part of our flexible work policy. We usually work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Exceptions apply to staff members living outside a 50 mile radius from the office.

 

Time off & holidays

Full time employees get 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays). In addition, we offer 1 input/knowledge day - to attend a conference/continuing education, 1 charity day - to support a charity of your choosing, and 3 personal days - to be used as you see fit, e.g. taking your pet to the vet or moving house. Annual holiday allowance is therefore 30 days, plus 8 Bank holidays, totalling 38 days’ holiday per year. After 4 years of service, you accrue 1 extra day per year, up to a total holiday allowance of 30 days. 

 

Flexible work hours

Istoria Group offers flexi hours for all staff. For example, if you want to go to the gym before work or pick your children up from school, you can flex your working hours to suit your lifestyle.

 
 

Employee incentives

Istoria Group offers a company-wide bonus scheme and spot awards through management.

 

Mental wellbeing

We value our teams’ happiness and have mental health first aiders on board. Our future plans include a monthly Wellbeing Lab that cover topics from men’s mental health to menopause.

 

Social committee

Our social committee organises team building exercises, company parties twice per year, as well as cultural days/evenings out.
